Phase 6 Video Production, OmniClip Integration & Distribution Architecture

Authority: Global Factory Standard Standard: Two-Tier Video & Radical Transparency (§7.2) Established: 2026-09-08 Queue Target: 18 Google Workspace Add-Ons (54 Deliverables)

1. Executive Summary & Sovereignty Mandate

In traditional software marketing, video production is notoriously manual, expensive, and fragile. Studios burn thousands of dollars on voice cloning platforms, cloud video subscription tools, manual keyframe animators, and third-party social clipping agencies.

At 864zeros, video production is treated as sovereign, reproducible software code. We synthesize neural narration via Edge-TTS (enforcing our Gemini AI Ultra subscription guardrails), procedurally generate Rhodes electric piano beds via pure Python mathematical synthesis, render pixel-perfect 1080×1920 stages via headless Playwright, and repurpose synthetic long-form sources via our own local-first AI engine: OmniClip (Product #71).

The Sovereign Video Triad

1. Front-Half Deterministic Stage: HTML5/CSS3 + Playwright renders exact 45–60s Master Explainers and 15–20s tight social shorts without manual video editing suites.
2. OmniClip AI Curation: Loose, synthetic long-form material (NotebookLM podcasts, founder walkthroughs) is curated, reframed, and captioned into viral 9:16 shorts.
3. Radical Transparency & Decoupled Pricing: Exact lifetime prices ($X.XX) are quarantined strictly to video.sub in product.json and video end-cards, keeping landing page copy 100% timeless and price-drift free.

2. End-to-End Video Production Dataflow

The following architectural diagram illustrates how raw product container assets flow through automated audio, music, and DOM staging engines, split into deterministic and AI-curated rendering paths, and publish to public endpoints:

3. Subsystem 1: How Video Production Is Prepped (The Front Half)

The preparation engine ingests static store artifacts and compiles the audio-visual scene components deterministically:

1. Artifact Harvesting
Extract

The staging script pulls identity, pricing, and messaging from store/product.json, store/listing.md, and UI captures. No manual copy-pasting is permitted.

  • Decoupled price in video.sub
  • Feature bullets transformed into scene scripts
  • High-res UI screenshots embedded into DOM layers
2. Neural Voiceover
Rule 1 Compliant

Speech is synthesized via Edge-TTS en-US-AvaNeural applying our strict avatar policy (+1.02x pitch / +5Hz, +13% cadence).

  • Zero paid voice cloning subscriptions
  • Zero metered pay-as-you-go GCP charges
  • Generates millisecond timeline.json offsets
3. Procedural Rhodes Bed
Zero Royalty

generate_music.py uses Python's standard math and wave modules to synthesize an ambient neo-soul / Rhodes electric piano chord bed at 84 BPM.

  • Zero external audio loop dependencies
  • Dmaj7 → E9 → F#m7 → C#m7 progression
  • Mastered to -14 LUFS with voice ducking
4. Clock-Driven DOM Stages
Lossless

Scenes are authored as HTML5/CSS3 viewports (1080×1920) governed by a global playback clock (window.startPlayback()).

  • Headless Playwright recording
  • Zero frame-throttling via Chrome launch flags
  • Final H.264 MP4 compiled via local FFmpeg

4. Subsystem 2: What Is Sent to OmniClip (C:\dev\supo-c1-p)

OmniClip is 864zeros' dual-use desktop application (Product #71). It is an AI-powered long-form video repurposing engine designed to ingest expansive, conversational content and extract viral, vertical 9:16 micro-shorts.

The Division of Labor Rule

OmniClip's virality curation only earns its keep on long, over-stuffed, loose source material. We do not script tight 30-second ads for OmniClip—the Playwright DOM engine handles tight scripted ads deterministically.

OmniClip is invoked when we have one long source per product (every feature, origin story, multi-angle walkthrough) and need the engine to pull the best 8–12 sixty-second viral cuts.

What We Feed OmniClip (The Inputs)

What OmniClip Executes (The Internal Pipeline)

  1. services/ingestion.py: Extracts audio stream and converts to 16kHz mono WAV.
  2. services/transcription.py: Local OpenAI Whisper generates word-level timestamp JSON.
  3. services/curation.py: Claude Sonnet 4.6 evaluates viral retention triggers, hook strength, and payoff, outputting scored clip candidates (1–100).
  4. services/reframing.py: MediaPipe tracks faces or UI focus points, applying a 24-frame smoothed X-axis crop into 9:16.
  5. services/captioning.py: Synthesizes kinetic .ass subtitles with Montserrat Black typography and 864zeros Blue (#0058FF) active word illumination.
  6. services/rendering.py: Single-pass FFmpeg compilation renders the final 9:16 MP4s with burned-in kinetic typography.

The Dogfooding Doctrine

Every social micro-short generated via OmniClip carries the badge "Produced with OmniClip (864zeros Product #71)". Our GTM distribution engine doubles as live, incontrovertible market proof of our desktop software capabilities.

5. Subsystem 3: What Is Sent Out (Distribution Channels)

Rendered video assets are published across four public touchpoints, strictly adhering to Rule 3 Decoupled Pricing:
