We didn't just use AI to write code. We built the entire company as an integrated system of specialized AI agents—a market-recon engine, a 9-role review board, a 6-phase build factory, and an automated publishing line—running 24/7 under one human operator: Jeff Conn.

The company architecture strictly decouples institutional governance and research from the commercial build floor. The Brain decides what's true; the Body decides what ships.
Governance, institutional memory, and R&D. Holds the company constitution (RULE-000), the 44-brick component registry, the strike ledger (2,200+ lines in SYSTEM_STRIKE_LOG.md), and the AETHER research framework. Operates under the Bedrock separation doctrine: World 1 (864zeros) and World 2 (Enterprise/SAP) never cross.
The commercial factory. Houses the Vulture Nest reconnaissance engine, the 6-phase assembly line in 864z-build-kit, the product floor (15+ browser extensions, 18+ Google Workspace add-ons), and the GTM video engine (OmniClip). Operates under RULE-3: zero price numbers in website copy; pricing is quarantined strictly to video promo areas.

We publish how we decide what to build: a nine-role review board weighs every idea before a line of code is scaffolded. Each role represents an autonomous fiduciary lens.
Decides whether a strike advances the company thesis and fits exactly one brand pillar (OIA / 864-Flux / FHG). Guards scarce build cycles against distraction.
Architecture gatekeeper: only greenlights what fits the Factory—MV3 side-panel-only, ~80/20 brick reuse, and zero violations of RULES 000–015.

Evaluates buildability: verifies that required capability bricks are real and available in the registry, and sizes custom code delta risks.
Judges the storage model, IndexedDB indexes, and export migration fidelity. Ensures user data survives platform transitions 100% intact.
Evaluates agentic buildability: can the factory build this at the claimed automation ratio (75/25) through the 6 phases without human stall?
